Creating and sharing a video for the first time is pretty scary business. You may have been considering making videos for your blog for some time now, but get stuck in the over-thinking. And you may be asking yourself these questions:
What if I mess up?
What if I forget what I’m suppose to say?
What if what I have to say isn’t that important?
What if I lose my train of thought?
What if I get interrupted?
What if I’m long over due for a relaxer (black girl problems)?
What if I sound stupid?
What if I have no idea what I’m doing?
What if my editing skills aren’t that great?
Well, all of these happened to me while creating this video on how to create a video (go figure). The point of this post is to help you get over the fear of messing up or sounding silly. You will. But it’s okay. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and embrace vulnerability. Who knows…your video may become a hit! I’m expecting at least 1 million views on this one…
