This year (as every year) has been filled with ups and downs, but I’m thankful that the good outweighs the bad. The kids are getting bigger, our marriage is growing stronger and our business is flourishing all by the grace and glory of God.
I just read a quote that said “Consider how very fortunate you are. Consider it every day. The more you count your blessings, the more blessings there will be to count.”
I couldn’t agree more. Count your blessings everyday. And count everyday as a blessing.
This year, we’ve been truly blessed by family friend and our go-to Denver photographer Dan Sidor. Not just for the way he captures magical moments for us and our clients, but for the way he pours into mine and my husband’s life spiritually. From the moment we met, I knew that God had crossed our paths for a reason. His way with the camera and with clients in unmatched. He lives and breathes what he calls “heart-centered” photography by focusing on what’s most important to the heart and by serving change-agents, do-gooders and heroes big and small.
Our recent family photo session meant the world to me because he knows the story behind the smiles – the struggles and the triumphs. Which makes this picture truly worth a thousand words and a bigger blessing than anyone will ever know.
Another blessing has been Minted.com. I am blown away every time I go to their site and order cards. Describing their 2016 line of custom holiday cards as “beautiful beyond my wildest imagination” doesn’t do it justice. The thing I love about it most is that it is a skillfully curated gallery of original designs from artists and makers from all over the world. I’m especially wooed by the die-cut shapes, thick papers and glittery foils.
Psst… Here’s a sneak peak at our Christmas card from Minted. But keep it on the down low…I can’t wait to drop it in the mail to our closest family and friends.
Check out how I used Minted to surprise and delight my clients earlier this year!
